I’ll be Up All Night for WA families with sick kids

I am on a heartfelt mission to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMHC WA).

This year, I will be walking in an overnight marathon. It won't be easy, but I am determined to push through every step, knowing that the difficulties I face during this marathon are nothing compared to the immense challenges families with sick kids experience.

Why am I undertaking this challenge? I am walking for all the kids who are fighting battles beyond their years.

Coming from Kununurra where there is limited access to specialist services, I have seen first hand the incredible support this organisation provides to families from regional and remote communities. 

In December, my nephew had a rough start to life and had to be flown down to Perth for care. My brother and sister-in-law were supported for over three weeks at Ronald McDonald House in Nedlands while he was being cared for. 

RMHC WA provides a vital lifeline for these families, offering them a home away from home and the support they need during their child's medical journey.
